When we are caregiving, there are many things we must do every day for the person we are caring for. Part of our own self-care is acknowledging , but recognize and allow our own process of loss is one of the most practical and significant ways we can take care of ourselves. In this session, we’ll take some time to consider what we are holding in our hearts and how all of it contributes to the care we give.
