    This interactive workshop takes you into the end-of-life landscape that people must understand in order to navigate the journey.  Special guest speaker, Dr. Ellie Hughes will discuss end-of-life medicine and choices.  By the end of the day you will walk out with vital information, powerful strategies and personalized advance care documents that will all support your ability to stay in charge and have your goals honored.
