Description

Everyone suffers deep losses.  But no one suffers our losses.

Grief is a life-shattering, profound experience in all of our lives.  Yet in its haze, we often don’t understand what is happening to us, or how to make it through a day. We are sometimes unsure of how to move forward when each day may feel like too much, and we are left feeling alone when we need support more than ever.

This is a gathering of people living with grief in the first year after a significant death.  This three-session group offers a simple framework for understanding more about the nature of grief, sharing with others who have the same struggles, and learning how to care for ourselves with compassion and skill.
